    • by Carphile

In this video see the Rolls-Royce Wraith take on it’s timed run as part of the supercar run in the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed

The 624bhp Wraith is the most powerful car Rolls-Royce Motors have ever made.  The car ascended the famous Goodwood Hillclimb during the Supercar Run, completing the 1.16-mile course in 57.21 seconds, placing it ahead of other timed competitors like the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale Centennial Edition (59.00), the Bentley Continental GT (60.65), the Maserati GranCabrio MC (60.66) and the Porsche 918 Spyder ‘Weissach’ (61.37).

The Rolls-Royce Wraith, recorded a speed of 106 mph as the car crossed the finish line, beating the Company’s previous Goodwood Hillclimb record, set in 2014.

The car was driven by Joerg Weidinger, champion mountain and hillclimb driver.
