The new Enzo Ferrari Museum (MEF) was re-opened today in Modena by Luca di Montezemolo and Piero Ferrari, the son of Enzo Ferrari.
18th February was chosen as the perfect day to open the MEF as it commemorates the 116th anniversary of Enzo Ferrari’s birthday, on 18 February 1898.
Upon entering the museum, visitors are greeted by the large and beautiful main wing, featuring some of the most important cars, drivers and triumphs of the Scuderia. 18 projectors weave together 100 years of Modena motoring, carefully telling the story of Enzo Ferrari and his legacy, through sound and image.
The MEF joins the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. Both museums are open to visitors every day of the year except Christmas and New Year.
