Bicester Heritage are holding their 9th Sunday Scramble with a theme of ‘Super Cars Through The Ages’ on Sunday 22nd May 2016
The ninth Sunday Scramble takes place on the 22nd May at the restored former RAF Bomber Command base at Bicester, Oxfordshire. The theme for this months event will be ‘Super cars through the ages’, celebrating powerful speed machines from every era.
Bicester Heritage 9th Sunday Scramble – What’s on?
The Sunday Scramble events are proving incredibly popular among motoring enthusiasts and classic car fans. Expect exotic cars, military vehicles and motorbikes. At last months event more than 3500 people, 1500 cars and 30 classic car clubs made it to enjoy the fun.
At the last event more than 30 classic car clubs were in attendance, such as Porsche, MG, TVR and Jaguar owners clubs, along with regional clubs from Coventry and Warwick. This month the Bugatti Owners Club ‘Prescott Breakfast Club’ will be hosted at Bicester Heritage Sunday Scramble.
The Motor Market will be back for the second time. The Motor Market allows visitors to offer their vehicle for sale to thousands of like-minded car enthusiasts. It’s a relaxed affair with a variety of cars and vehicles on offer. Last month a total of 22 cars were available for sale, ranging from a classic Route Master double decker London bus to a 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza to a 1920 Dodge Brothers Model 30 Tourer.
Tickets and Admission
Tickets are available to buy now, costing £5 per person, although visitors attending in super car or a pre-1990 classic vehicles (including cars, motorcycles and military vehicles) and car clubs, are eligible for a 50% discount.
