DESCRIPTION:Goodwood’s annual automotive extravaganza\, the Festival of Speed 2015\, returns as some of the most famous racing drivers in the world take on the famous hill climb behind the wheel of famous road and race cars from the past\, present and future\nGoodwood Festival of Speed 2015 theme announced\nGoodwood have announced that the theme for their world-famous Festival of Speed 2015 event will be ‘Flat-out and Fearless: Racing on the Edge’.  Tickets are now available (see below). \nFlat out and Fearless \n‘Flat-out and Fearless’ honours some of the most spectacular drivers and moments from motor sport’s past and present. SUMMARY:Simply VW 2015 Beaulieu
DESCRIPTION:Volkswagens of all types and ages will be welcome at the first ever Simply VW classic car event\, taking place on Sunday 28th June at Beaulieu national motor museum.\nSimply VW is the latest of Beaulieu’s popular Simply marque Rallies\, this brand new event promises to appeal to Volkswagen fans. \nSimply VW – What’s on?\nAll models of Volkswagen are welcome at Beaulieu’s Simply VW event\, from air-cooled classics such as the legendary Beetle\, stylish Karmann Ghia and iconic Type 2 campers and commercials\, right up to modern Volkswagens – the cult Golf\, Scirocco and the much-loved T4.  All will form a spectacular parkland display. \n \nAll Volkswagen cars on display will be entered into the People’s Choice Award\, with the winning car  voted for by event participants and show visitors. The winner receives a trophy and leads a VW cavalcade of the most popular vehicles through the grounds. \nMake sure you also see the National Motor Museum\, with its collection of over 250 vehicles\, ranging from motor racing legends and Land Speed Record breakers\, to pioneering early designs and family classics. Don’t miss the museum’s two new displays\, Grand Prix Greats and Road\, Race & Rally featuring F1\, rallying\, trials and drag racing exhibits\, as well as clothing\, trophies\, photographs\, film and video\, telling the story of both track and road racing from its beginnings to the present day. \nSimply VW – Tickets and admission\nFor entrants arriving in a Volkswagen and joining in the event in the Beaulieu grounds\, entrance tickets are £10 for an adult and £5 for a child. \nTickets are available to purchase on the day or online at the organisers website. \nEntry into the Beaulieu parkland for participants is from 9.30am.  If you wish to park next to your friends\, or park as part of a group\, then please make sure that you all arrive at the same time. \n \nCamping is also available overnight on Saturday 27th June\, with tickets costing £10 adult and no charge for children.
